Considerable material is from World War II and includes information on blood drives, financial assistance campaigns, morale, and nursing.

During the 1960s the chapter extended its boundaries to include the central Indiana counties of Marion, Hancock, Morgan, and Hendricks. Indianapolis businessman, civic leader, and journalist. Fortune organized the Indianapolis Commercial Club with Col. Eli Lilly, and was a director of Eli Lilly and Company, 1916-1927.
